By accessing the Beee9 platform or creating an account, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions you are considered to have accepted these terms. This agreement is legally binding between you and the entity operating Beee9.

These terms and conditions have been written in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. However, in the event of any interpretive conflict, the English version shall prevail.

Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Beee9 services — including the website, mobile app, Live Casino, Sports Betting, and any future additions. Users accessing the platform from Bangladesh are considered to have done so knowingly and voluntarily.

Withdrawal

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal amount ৳500।

• Additional verification may be required for your first withdrawal.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus can only be used once.

• If evidence of bonus system abuse is found, the account may be suspended.

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets in the Beee9 Sports Betting section:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the cashout feature).
• Pre-match bets will not be accepted once a match has started.
• If an event is cancelled, the deposit for that bet will be refunded.
• If odds change, Beee9 will not apply the new odds to bets that have already been accepted.
• If a leg in a parlay bet is voided, it will be settled at odds of 1.0.

Casino Game Rules

Casino games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is regularly audited by independent third parties. In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, server logs will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Beee9 and will result in permanent account termination:

• Multiple Accounts creating or using.
• Bonus System Abuse (bonus hunting, arbitrage, etc.).
• Using another person's account, or allowing someone else to use yours.
• Match fixing or betting based on insider information.
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets.
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack, phish, or otherwise compromise platform security.

Either the user or Beee9 may close an account at any time, for any reason.

Closed by user

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. It is advisable to withdraw any available balance before closing.

Cancelled by Beee9

Beee9 may close an account under the following circumstances:

• If a breach of terms is proven.
• Failing KYC verification or submitting false documents.
• Evidence of involvement in prohibited activities.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).

• Your information will never be sold to third parties.
• Information will not be shared with authorities except where required by law.

• Financial losses resulting from sharing your account password.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Unexpected server downtime or technical failures.
• If the service is discontinued due to regulatory requirements or changes in law.
